Week 3 - Task sheet

Task Sheet Week 3

Absences:    Callum


Last week's progress:
·         Created many tillable textures for painter and modular kits.
·         White box Block out completed - paintovers in progress
·         Mood boards for props and assets made


Issues:
·         White box layout and composition is poor
·         Work needs to be distributed evenly.
·         Need more mood boards of colours, props
·         Lacking the entertainment side of things now. Lost the charm
·         Scale issues with work and assets



Things to take forward and complete:
·         New improved white box layout. Each room has a good compositional shot.
·         Advocate the importance of correct scale. And think how, if we have to, can we cut rooms if time becomes too short.
·         Place materials into unreal and convert to painter
·         Research 3rd person cameras in unreal
·         Start on global props, modular kits are a must.
·         Plan and test illusions for the level. (Bring back the charm)
·         Give the entirety of the asset list out, people can choose assets that they want but if any are left these shall be handed out to those with the least amount of work.




Conclusion


This week's goal is to begin modular pieces mainly. Creating Items that are 100% needed within the level. With the level reworked, then placing these and thus creating a benchmark. Lets get modelling!
